This Policy Brief presents the main findings of the study *Caring with Dignity: Toward a Comprehensive Home Care System in the Dominican Republic*, which aimed to evaluate the program from the perspectives of rights, decent work, and the care economy. Rather than merely measuring the program’s outcomes, the study analyzes its capacity to contribute to the development of a sustainable, rights-based public care policy and identifies the main challenges and opportunities for strengthening it.
