Escobal, J., Fort, R. y Zegarra, E. (Eds.) (2015). Agricultura peruana: nuevas miradas desde el Censo Agropecuario. Lima: GRADE.

This book presents the findings of four studies led by GRADE researchers as part of a project that seeks to broaden and deepen the analysis of the results of the IV Agricultural Census 2012.

Each of the topics analysed represents a diverse and complex look at processes and relationships that are established both within the agricultural sector (typologies and relationships between producers and organisational forms) and in their interaction with other broader processes (climate change and deforestation).

This set of texts is strong evidence of the great potential of agricultural censuses, and other related databases, to generate useful and policy-relevant research in diverse contexts and realities.
