Presentation

This study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of training focused on teaching soft skills and providing access to local business leaders who serve as mentors to rural women entrepreneurs. It also explores various strategies for identifying the entrepreneurial potential of beneficiaries in advance, with the aim of determining whether such knowledge can help to better identify those who would benefit most from strengthening their entrepreneurial skills. The study is a collaboration with J-PAL LAC and Balloon LATAM, an NGO specializing in the empowerment of rural women entrepreneurs in Chile.
