Presentation
The aim of the project is to systematize the experience of the Better Attention to Citizens Platform – MAC (strategy implemented by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers). To this end, all the information regarding the actors involved, processes, main results and lessons learned in the implementation of the MAC platform’s attention channels will be compiled, analyzed and systematized: face-to-face channel, non-face-to-face channel and mixed channel; likewise, field work will be carried out in 5 regions (Lima, Arequipa, Cajamarca, Ica and Loreto). Finally, information (infographics) will be generated to explain to citizens the history and operation of each of the service channels that make up the platform.
