Presentation
At the request of RUTA, a quantitative type historical analysis is being prepared of the impact of public expenditure on the sectorial growth and rural poverty in Guatemala. The study is being conducted by a team of RUTA consultants and carries other institutional type analyses and planning and focalization analyses of the interventions.
