Presentation
This is a 14-month project aimed at generating all the necessary inputs so that Porticus’ long-term ECD program in Peru is relevant, pertinent and sustainable. In order to achieve this, the project will produce the following deliverables: i) a diagnostic study report; ii) a call for proposals for seed funding to implement a capacity building or knowledge development interventions in rural Andean an Amazon communities in Peru; iii) a report on technical assistance to recipients of seed funds; iv) a feasibility study of the small pilot carried out by the implementing partner; and v) the development of a preliminary version of the theory of change of the program.
