Presentation
It is aim to prepare an interactive map on literacy and education for youth and adults in Peru, at national, regional and provincial levels, including the population in illiteracy conditions and the school-age population that is out of school. For this purpose, among other activities, statistical information will be collected, taking as main sources data from the Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI), the Ministry of Education (Minedu) and Regional Governments and decentralized bodies of Education, NGO on the subject, among others suggested by the Direction of Alternative Basic Education (DEBA) and the Organization of the United Nations for the Education, the Science and the Culture (UNESCO).
