María Balarin, senior researcher at GRADE, will discuss the functioning of the private education market at the public forum “The participation of the private sector in public investment: the public-private partnerships”, on Monday, May 22. The event is held by the Congresswoman Marisa Glave. Together with María, the will be discussants: Germán Alarco (Universidad del Pacífico), Camilo Carrillo (Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas) and Yaco Rosas (Ministerio de Transportes y de Comunicación).
