Our researchers will be speakers and discussants at the CIES XXIX Annual Research Seminar, this year tackling the theme “Peru to 2021: Where are we and what are the challenges?
On Tuesday 6, November, we will held a research session on natural resources management and sustainability. Our researchers, Manuel Glave and Elena Borasino, will present the study “Forest governance and sustainability in the Amazon: advances and policy challenges in Peru”. In addition, our senior researcher, Eduardo Zegarra, will be a discussant. Session webpage.
On Wednesday 7, November, we will held a research session on education. Our research assistant, Nicolás Domínguez, along with Jostin Kitmang and Gonzalo Manrique, will present “Does the school reproduces inequalities? Segregation between classrooms”. Verónica Villarán, Adjunct Researcher at GRADE, will chair the session. Session webpage.
