Our Senior Researcher Alan Sanchez and Adjunct Researcher Antonio Campos joined two events held last week by Lancaster University in the United Kingdom.
As part of the workshop Innovations in Social Data Science: Tackling Inequality in Resource-Constrained Contexts with Novel Data and Methods, held by Lancaster University School of Mathematical Sciences, Alan presented “Measuring cognitive skills through a tablet-based assessment in low-and-middle-income countries: evidence from the Young Lives study”, while Antonio presented “Measuring variables and inequalities in the longitudinal Young Lives Study”.
In addition, Antonio shared his study “Long-term impacts and sustainability of a comprehensive public secondary school reform in Peru”, in a seminar organized by the Economics Department of this university.
