Under what conditions are young workers in Peru? The reportage of the Peruvian Institute of Economics (IPE) published by El Comercio includes the opinion of Miguel Jaramillo, senior researcher at GRADE, on the conditions of formal hiring: “the probability that a worker of minor age will get an indefinite job is just 2%, while for workers between 56 and 65 years it is 22%”.
