El presente documento tiene como objetivo caracterizar a las y los docentes de escuelas públicas primarias en zonas rurales, evaluar su acceso a las tecnologías de la información, y comentar cómo perciben el uso de estas tecnologías en educación. Para ello, recurre a la Encuesta Nacional a Docentes (ENDO) del 2018.
