The consultancy service includes a comprehensive diagnosis of the SW, DVUCEPT and the SW 2.0 Project; as well as the development of the strategy and sustainability study of the SW platform and the solutions and products developed by the SW 2.0 Project, and the proposals for financial and management self-sustainability models to ensure that both its operation and its benefits are maintained over time, considering its interrelation and/or integration with the Foreign Trade Single Window, SW.
