Presentation
Nuria Esparch has been designated to provide support in the organizational design, as well as in the preparation of legal provisions and management documents to facilitate the implementation process for the MIDIS; in particular, to prepare draft regulations for the organization and supervise the elaboration of legal provisions and other management documents that may be required for the commencement of the executive functions of the MIDIS.
In this respect, the consultant will carry out the following activities:
1. Prepare a Project of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the MIDIS.
2. Provide guidance in the organizational design of the new entity.
3. Supervisethe preparation of draft guidelines, management, procedures and/or legal provision documents in connection with the organization of the MIDIS when requested.
4. Participate in work meetings when requested by the Senior Management of the MIDIS in connection with the purpose of the service.
5. At the request of the Senior Management, coordinate meetings with officials and experts from the different entities, on subjects of administrative interest for the MIDIS.
