Carmela Chávez on the permanent licensing of universities: “Today we no longer have the guarantee of having basic quality conditions”

Carmela Chávez, Associated Researcher at GRADE, talked to the Southern Voices Program, promoted by Micaelas, a network of women political journalists from Southern Peru, about the permanent licensing of universities and its impact on the quality of education.
