Our senior researcher, Martín Benavides, joined the International Seminar “Approaches to human development from Latin America”, held by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru’s Human Development Institute in Latin America (IDHAL-PUCP), on October 24 and 25. During the second day, Martín discussed the keynote address by Graciela Tonon, Director at University of Palermo’s Research Center for Social Science, titled “Communities and capabilities in Latin America: a proposal for their study from the qualitative method”.
