This reflection approaches the phenomenon of university autonomy in a context such as the Peruvian one, which has undergone an unprecedented process of university reform that has allowed not only the organization of the system in terms of supply but also the configuration of a state institutionality that aims to guarantee conditions of quality and legality in the functioning of the university system.
