Although in medical terms children are not considered a high-risk group for Covid-19, the impact of the pandemic on them is significant, especially among those who were already vulnerable before the crisis. Because of this, in different regions of the world – including Latin America and the Caribbean – the need was identified to implement surveys to determine the impact of the pandemic on families, especially households with children. This article presents the results of this initial mapping of ongoing surveys and shares a systematization of lessons learned.
