This policy brief presents the main findings of the study Caring with Dignity: Towards an Integrated Home Care System for Older Adults in the Dominican Republic, whose purpose was to evaluate the programme from the perspectives of rights, decent work and the care economy. Rather than measuring programme outcomes alone, the study analyses its capacity to contribute to the construction of a sustainable, rights-based public care policy, identifying the main challenges and opportunities for strengthening it.
