The right to education recalls, first of all, the existence of international and national regulations that oblige the State to guarantee that all people have access to quality education, relevant to their personal development and that of society. The main actors linked to management during the last decades seem to have forgotten that education is a right, since they think of it mainly or exclusively as an instrument for learning productive skills, but only in the economic sense. The proposal of this essay is, on the other hand, to place the right to education as the axis of future management, translating it into policies and programs that allow educational growth for all.
