In this report a detailed description of the current state of educational governance, administration and control will be presented. This will include an account of the transformations that have led to it, as well as a detailed outlook of the current role of different actors. Following this there will be a discussion of the main difficulties and possibilities of the current state of educational governance through the eyes of research findings.
