Presentation
The “Improving Levels of Productive Innovation at the National Level” project has been underway since August 2016 and aims to contribute to the growth of business productivity by increasing levels of innovation. For its implementation, more than US$ 90 million has been committed through different instruments, such as competitive grants for innovation projects and ventures from a variety of public, private and academic actors; resources to strenghten innovation ecosystem institutions; and support to generate business networks that mobilize technological and financial services for production.
The consultancy service will carry out the final evaluation of the project, its outcomes and impacts through four specific lines:
(i) that of promoting and financing investment in R+D+i (creation or adaptation of technologies to increase the efficiency of firm’s production, i.e, to incrae the productivity of its factors) – including the group of buisiness innovation instruments,
(ii) the absorption of existing technologies through the use of technological extension vouchers,
(iii) the promotion and financing of entrepreneurship;
and (iv) improving the environment for productive innovation through support for human capital and the culture of business innovation.
The final evaluation of the project aims to generate policy lessons for the advancement of public projects that suppport the innovation in firms and the Peruvian innovation ecosystem. The consulting service is conducted by a consortium formed by GRADE, KInventte and Innovos Group.
