Presentation
At the request of the International Fund for Agricultural Development-IFAD, the evaluation of the Country Program is carried out, that is, the evolution and results of all the projects developed by IFAD in Peru from 2002 to 2016.
The evaluation is in charge of of a multi-disciplinary team coordinated by Eduardo Zegarra, and under the supervision of Simona Somma from IFAD. Quantitative and qualitative methodologies are used to evaluate issues of effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, gender equity, among others, based on a proposed theory of change and a set of indicators for each topic.
It is the first evaluation of the country program of IFAD for Peru.
