Presentation
The objective of this project is to carry out the rapid evaluation of the design and implementation of the Volar Project, implemented in the province of Melgar in Puno, and aimed at promoting early childhood development (DIT). First, a cabinet work will be carried out to review the available national and international evidence on similar interventions, which will serve as support for the design analysis. In a second phase, information would be collected in territory with both implementers, key local actors and beneficiaries of the program, in order to know their perceptions regarding the main strengths of the interventions as well as the main bottlenecks faced during their implementation.
