Presentation
World Vision has contracted GRADE to conduct an impact evaluation of its reading programme with World Reader. The programme targets primary school students in public schools in peri-urban and rural areas. As a baseline, the evaluation will use a reading test administered in 2022 to fourth grade students. The final evaluation will be conducted in June 2024, comparing the increase of skills of both groups. The evaluation will also collect quantitative and qualitative information on the quality of programme implementation.
