Presentation
The purpose of this consultancy is to systematize the experiences in the execution of basic and applied research projects PIBAP (70 contracts) and projects of national interest PIN (7 contracts) so as to establish strategies to improve performance of the research projects that will be executed with the appeals of the new FINCyT program. To this end, it will be necessary to characterize analyze and interpret the execution of each of the current program’s projects identifying progress made success and failure factors in order to establish lessons learned and propose recommendations.
