Presentation
Under commission from the MINAN, GRADE has collaborated during the period from September to November in the preparation of the “Country Report”, which Peru will submit to the United Nations as part of the Rio Summit (June 2012). In particular, the participation of GRADE has focused on the definition and operationalization of the “green economy” concept proposed by the UNDP in 2008 as the central element of the 2012 Rio de Janeiro Summit, within the context of an inclusive development model. The work has contributed to the preparation of the “Country Report” that Peru must submit to the United Nations as part of the Summit preparation.
