Presentation
As part of a collaboration agreement between the Economic and Social Research Consortium (CIES) and the German Cooperation for Development (GIZ for its acronym in German) the Ombudsman’s Office has selected professionals to perform a series of studies seeking to strengthen public management skills for implementation of the Previous Consultation Act. The proposal of Manuel Glave and Margarita Huamán, Main Researcher and GRADE Consultant, respectively, was assigned to perform the Mapping of Actors for the Previous Consultation in Block 1AB (Río Corrientes, Loreto). The purpose of the study is to identify the actors of the civil society that must be involved in the previous consultation process to be implemented by the Ministry of Energy and Mines during the first half of 2013.
