Presentation
The purpose is to develop a first set of emblematic indicators to monitor key inclusion dimensions for those that present available information. It is essential that the base data for the construction of these indicators may be disaggregated by sub-national level, by socio-economic strata, by area of residence (urban/rural) or by ethnicity, as pertinent. This study does not seek to conduct a thorough search in all relevant dimensions, but only a short list of key indicators. The indicators constructed must be easily conveyed so that it is comprehended by the “non-experts”. In addition, these dimensions will take into account the perspective of citizens’ rights and the perspective of life cycle and vulnerability and integration to markets.
