Presentation
The primary purpose of the consultancy is to evaluate if: a. The design of the actions related to the food programs executed by the National Food Aid Program (PRONAA) framed within the budget activity “other nutritional and solidary aid actions” is the most appropriate to obtain results based on identifying if the products funded with the program have or do not have a relation with the results or purpose; b. The unit responsible for the actions related to food programs executed by the National Food Aid Program (PRONAA) framed within the budget activity “other nutritional and solidary aid actions”, after evaluating if the products funded with the program have or do not have a relation with the results or purpose, is effective (attains the projected goals) and efficient (at the lowest cost) in the execution of the activities and in obtaining the products.
