Presentation
An impact evaluation of the program One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) in rural areas, developed by researchers of the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and GRADE found that the provision of laptops did not affect performance in comprehension and language tests. This study will perform a secondary analysis of the same database to determine what factors within the treatment group are associated with a better result in these tests, as well as in other cognitive and computer skills.
