Presentation
The study seeks to explore if the teaching leadership exercised by the principal in school has a significant effect on the students academic performance in Mathematics and Reading Comprehension. Furthermore, it will analyze if the effect of the authority leadership is the same for low-performing students and for high-performing students. The study will use the data from the 2011 School Survey of the Young Lives study and longitudinal information from the first three quantitative rounds of the study.
