The purpose is to carry out research on How to include indigenous peoples of Latin America? Progress made, challenges and lessons learned with the Prior Consultation Act in Peru. Furthermore, a presentation will be prepared for the First Regional Conference on the Latin American Initiative for Research on Public Policies (ILAIPP) to be held on November 7 and 8, 2013, in the city of Antigua, Guatemala and which will be subsequently published.
