Under commission by Omtrix Inc. a study will be performed of the demand for qualified human resources and of the offer of higher education.
The study will analyze the demand for labor in the private sector for recent graduates from Technological Institutes and Universities. A survey will be applied to companies in cities and sectors with economic activities evidencing greater dynamism in the past years. The purpose is to identify what careers or technical and university professions have higher demand in the country. The study will also analyze the educational offer of the institutions that offer the careers or professions identified as having higher demand.
This study will be used to design an educational loan program that will be implemented through micro-financing institutions of the country.
