In Trinidad and Tobago there is a cash transfer program called Targeted Conditional Cash Transfer Programme – TCCTP. GRADE researchers have been commissioned to present a methodological proposal for the cost-benefit analysis of certain reforms, to review and simulate scenarios of possible impacts due to improvements in the focalization, coverage, monitoring and evaluation of the program, as well as to the simplification of their administration processes.
