Presentation
In this project, a conceptual and methodological framework will be developed to estimate a performance indicator for operators (Public Bodies) of the National System for Multi-year Programming and Investment Management (Invierte.pe). The general performance indicator will be based on the identification of critical points in the macro processes that affect the quality of spending and the final results of the projects, as well as the governance context. A measurement of the initial indicator will be made for all the databases available in the Project Bank of Invierte.pe and a platform will be generated to access the indicator at the different levels of disaggregation of the system.
