Presentation
This project will address the description of the progress of the early childhood and equity education policies in the 2007-2017 period, based on the review of reports, studies and interviews with experts and authorities. Subsequently, it will be identified to what extent these advances respond to Strategic Objective 1 of the National Educational Project to 2021 or were encouraged by it.
