Presentation
The advances of early childhood and equity education policies in the 2007-2017 period will be described, based on the review of reports, studies and interviews with experts and authorities. Subsequently, it will identify to what extent these advances respond to Strategic Objective 1 of PEN 2021 or were encouraged by it.
