Eduardo Zegarra forms part of a World Bank team devoted to analyzing the characteristics and impacts of public expenditure in agriculture and livestock in Bolivia, in a decentralization context.

Acquisition of farming land
At the request of the World Bank, GRADE will take an inventory of land acquisitions covering more than 500 hectares in the coast and rainforest of Peru from 1995 to 2008. Different sources of information will be researched, such as Pro-inversión, public records, Ministry of Agriculture and regional agricultural offices.

Study about the target population and system for impact assessment of the Agricultural Competitiveness Program
By assignment received from the IADB, the target population will be identified and a system for impact assessment of the Compensations Program for Competitiveness of the Ministry of Agriculture will be designed.
