Salud con lupa highlights the findings of the project Gobernanza e Inocuidad en la Cadena de Carne del Perú en mercados de abasto de tres ciudades, published in our recent Análisis & Propuestas 68. The policy brief was written by Giel Ton (IDS), Mauricio Espinoza (GRADE) and Eloy Gonzales (UNMSM).
The project was funded by FONDECYT-Concytec Peru and Medical Research Council (UK), as part of the Newton-Paulet fund supported by UK in Peru – British Embassy Lima.
