The reportage of the Peruvian Institute of Economics (IPE) published by El Comercio includes the opinion of Miguel Jaramillo, senior researcher at GRADE, on the conditions of formal hiring: “the probability that a worker of minor age will get an indefinite job is just 2%, while for workers between 56 and 65 years it is 22%”.
