María Balarin comments on the growing expansion of low-cost private schools in Lima

“There is a population group that does not feel well served because there is no supply or because they consider that the supply is not good for their needs (…). The question is whether these schools should exist. Should we allow schools to educate students with an investment of S/200 per month? What is the minimum that should be invested in a student for a quality education? (…) Should the State allow this to exist?”.
