Javier Escobal is member of 2017 National Censuses Advisory Commitee
Through Supreme Decree N° 288-2016-PCM, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Peru set the 2017 National Censuses Advisory Commitee: 12th Population, 7th Housing and 3rd Indigenous Peoples. This body will address strategies, planning, monitoring and evaluation of the national censuses.
Our senior researcher, Javier Escobal, is one of the five independent experts appointed as commitee members, together with Richard Webb, Javier Herrera, Gustavo Yamada and Federico Arnillas.
