Evidence Week 2019 | GRADE wins the Premio PODER 2019 for the best research on economic policy
The Group for the Analysis of Development (GRADE) has won the Premio PODER (PODER Award) 2019 for the best research on economic policy with the study “The unprotective effects of the employment protection. The impact of the 2001 labor contract reform”, by Miguel Jaramillo, Julio Almonacid and Luciana de la Flor.
The award was received by Miguel Jaramillo during a ceremony held on November 13 at the El Virrey Bookstore. Premio PODER, an initiative of On Think Tanks and the PODER Magazine, aims to recognize the good work of applied research centers that, from academia, the State, civil society or the private sector, seek to inform public and private policy based on rigorous and innovative research.
