“The Fertibono is a monetary transfer for the balance of the amount that is not going to be spent on the purchase of urea. A fairly small amount where a fixed amount of money is going to be given to farmers in a register and it is not going to have more relationship with whether or not they buy fertilizers. It is a kind of social bonus, which in practice does not solve any problem”.
