“The ministry is dedicated to things that do not really prioritize the family farming agenda. Among them, an alleged unlocking of the Chavimochic project, which is highly controversial, and a first approach by the minister saying that it will be a priority of his management to grant new exonerations for the agro-export sector. All this constitutes a total setback and, at this point, an abandonment of the central proposals of the second agrarian reform”.
