“The announcement of giving additional tax exemptions to the agro-export sector is the complete opposite of the second agrarian reform approach, which is rather oriented towards the majority family farming in the country. It is understood that the agro-export sector already has enough benefits and, more efforts must be directed towards this sector (family farming). Even in the supposed emergency plan launched by the Ministry of Agriculture, the issue of these exemptions reappears and there are no concrete measures to face the emergency.”
