“Between 2000 and 2018, Lima has grown almost 40% in area, only horizontally. The vast majority of that growth has been messy, without following a plan. Moreover, 90% of that growth are informal neighborhoods”. Our Adjunct Researcher, Alvaro Espinoza, talked with Javier Torres, of La Mula, about the challenges and possibilities for the city.
