Ivonne Porras Luna
Ivonne holds a Master’s degree in Government and Public Management from Universidad Pompeu Fabra and a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
She has been a teaching assistant at PUCP Law School and a professional in the redesign and implementation of the employment services in the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE), as well as in the National Library of Peru, the Agency for the Formalization of Informal Property (COFOPRI) and the private sector. In recent years, she has participated in consulting projects for the modernization of public management, design of governance models and service provision, as well as in the design and implementation of monitoring and learning systems.
