Our Senior Researcher and co-coordinator of the Collaborative Action Research Fund, Vanessa Rojas, is in Bogotá to attend the CELAC-African Countries Forum and Complementary Agenda, organized by Colombia’s Ministry of Equality and Equity.
The event aim to connect the experiences accumulated in Colombia, as the recent progress in developing a National Care Policy, and within the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) with the practices and lessons learned from African countries, fostering an exchange that strengthens South-South cooperation and the development of joint strategies to address contemporary challenges related to care.
On the first day of the meeting, Vanessa attended the main panel, where experiences were exchanged between the two regions.
